The building has metal load-bearing structures, sandwich panel walls in warehouses and a glass façade on commercial areas. The warehouses use a calorifier heating system and the offices have heated floors.
The plot is bordered by welded fencing and convenient remote-controlled gates, for your business partners to be able to pick up goods without the need for you to be present. Warehouse doors can be opened remotely and everything can be monitored by video surveilance (CCTV).
